1. Introduction
Welcome to myCard.al ("Service", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the digital business card platform operated by AG Studio ("Company"), including the website mycard.al, connected NFC cards, and related services. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Account
To use most features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Subscription and Payment
myCard.al is offered through three plans: SOLO (39.90 EUR/year first year, 29.90 EUR/year renewal), PRO (59.90/49.90 EUR), and TEAM (99.90/79.90 EUR). Each plan includes one or more NFC cards plus 365 days of online profile, dashboard, analytics, and maintenance. Payment is one-time at activation. All prices are in Euro (EUR) and do not include applicable taxes unless stated.
5. Renewal and Expiration
Your activation lasts 365 days from the activation date. Before expiration, you will receive renewal reminders by email at 30, 14, and 7 days. After expiration, you have a 7-day grace period during which the profile remains accessible but marked as expiring. After the grace period, the profile is suspended and the public URL displays a "renewing" page until payment is received.
6. Activation Codes
Activation codes are single-use and tied to a specific plan and duration. Codes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or unused codes do not entitle you to a refund.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, bio, links, contact information). By uploading, you grant AG Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Service. You represent that your content does not violate third-party rights, applicable laws, or these Terms.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: post illegal, harmful, or misleading content; impersonate another person or entity; harass or defame others; distribute malware; scrape or reverse-engineer the Service; or interfere with its operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by AG Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
10. Replacement Cards
Lost, damaged, or additional NFC cards can be ordered for 19.90 EUR. The existing online profile remains intact and is automatically linked to the replacement card.
11. Refunds and Cancellation
Due to the nature of the digital service combined with a physical NFC card, refunds are generally not available once the card has been printed or shipped. If you experience a defect attributable to us, contact support within 14 days for a replacement.
12. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment after the grace period, or fraudulent activity.
13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Service will be free of errors. NFC functionality depends on the visitor's device capabilities and is outside our control.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AG Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Tirana, Albania, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
