Do I pay every month?
No. There is no monthly subscription. You pay once for the card and setup, then renew yearly to keep the online profile, dashboard, lead capture, analytics, notifications, security and updates active.
How does Lead Capture actually work?
Every visitor sees a button on your card (e.g. 'Get in touch' or 'Book appointment' — you customize). They tap it, fill name + phone + optional email + interest, and the lead lands instantly in your dashboard with HOT/WARM/COLD score. You also receive an email notification with quick-action buttons (Call/WhatsApp/Email).
What's Exchange Contact?
After a visitor saves your contact, MyCard invites them to leave their contact back. This turns a one-way card exchange into a real lead you can follow up.
Is the visitor's data safe? GDPR?
Yes. We store only what the visitor consciously provides through the form. No automatic tracking of personal data, no cookies for advertising. You as profile owner are the data controller — visitors leave their info knowing it goes to you. Standard GDPR-compliant practice.
Can I change my data later?
Yes. If you change phone, logo, website or social media, the profile can be updated without reprinting a new card.
Does it work on every phone?
The card works with NFC on most modern phones (iPhone XS or newer, most 2018+ Androids). For phones without NFC or with NFC disabled, the QRCode printed on the card is used.
What do I see in the dashboard?
Profile opens, clicks on WhatsApp/phone/website/portfolio, plus a complete Leads section with each contact's status (new/contacted/won/lost), private notes, follow-up reminders, and source attribution (city, device, where they met). Data updates in real time.
Why is there a yearly renewal?
Because MyCard is not just a plastic card. The physical card is the access point; the online profile, dashboard, lead capture, analytics, notifications, security, hosting and updates need an active yearly system.
What happens if I don't renew?
Your physical card remains yours, but the online profile, dashboard, analytics, lead capture and NFC/QRCode link system require an active plan. We notify you before expiration.
How long does delivery take?
For SOLO with standard logo, delivery is 24h in Tirana and 48h in other cities. For PRO/TEAM with custom logo, takes 3-5 days for printing.
What happens if I lose the card?
Your profile stays the same — the card is just the 'key' that opens it. You can order a replacement for 19.90 EUR + shipping (2 EUR Albania, 10 EUR international) and we link it to the same profile. Nothing is lost.
Can I have multiple cards with different logos?
Yes, with the TEAM plan (up to 3 cards). For larger plans (10+ employees with shared brand), contact us for custom pricing.
