How MyCard works,
step by step.
From order to your first lead (interested contact) you follow up with on WhatsApp. All steps with visual illustrations.
Phase 1: After purchase
Order confirmation
Right after payment, you get a confirmation email with your order details and a link to activate your account. Within 24 hours, your online profile is ready to be filled in and the physical NFC card is on its way to your address.
Tip: If you don't see the email, check your spam or promotional folder.
Account activation
Click the link in the email to set your password. Then log in to the dashboard using the email and password you created. Your account is ready immediately — you don't have to wait for the physical card to start.
Profile setup
In the dashboard, click 'Create card' or 'Edit' to fill in your details: full name, role, company, photo, bio, phone, email, WhatsApp, website, social links and portfolio. The more complete the profile, the more professional you look to your prospect.
Tip: Use a professional photo with a clean background. Clients remember faces more than names.
Receiving the NFC card
The physical NFC card is delivered within 3-5 business days in Albania/Kosovo (10-14 days internationally). It is pre-linked to your profile — as soon as you receive it, it is ready to use.
Tip: The card works without internet to open the profile (via NFC), but the dashboard requires connection.
Phase 2: Using the card
How the card works in practice
Your prospect brings their phone close to the card (NFC tap) or scans the QRCode on the back with the camera. Your profile opens immediately in their phone's browser — no app, no download. Works on iPhone (XS or newer) and almost all modern Androids.
Tip: For phones without NFC, the QRCode is always the working alternative.
Using it in a meeting
At the end of a meeting, when the prospect asks 'how do I reach you?', you give them the card — they tap their phone or scan it. Your profile opens with all your info. The prospect saves your contact with one click and (if Exchange Contact is enabled) leaves their number back.
Tip: Don't say 'we'll talk'. Show the card, let them tap, let them scan. Concrete action replaces empty promises.
Using it at events
Before an event, create an 'Event' in the dashboard (step 10). Print the Event QRCode and put it on your booth, or share the link on WhatsApp/Instagram groups before it starts. Every person who opens your profile through that link is automatically tagged with that event in the dashboard.
Tip: Use the Event QRCode for the physical booth and the link for social posters. Both track the same event in the dashboard.
Phase 3: Dashboard & Leads
View profile statistics
In the main dashboard you can see how many people opened your profile, clicked WhatsApp/phone/email, saved your contact, and how many leads (interested contacts) were captured. All broken down by source, city and device.
Respond to new leads
When someone fills out the Lead Capture form on your profile or shares their contact via Exchange, they show up in the 'Leads' section with automatic HOT / WARM / COLD status based on how much information they gave. Click on the lead to see details, add notes, and follow up with one click (WhatsApp, phone, email).
Tip: Respond within 1 hour for HOT leads. Conversion drops 80% if you wait 24+ hours.
Create an Event for ROI tracking
Dashboard → 'Event ROI' → 'New event'. Enter the name, date, location and participation cost. The system generates a unique QRCode and link for this event. All leads coming through this link are automatically tagged with the event. After the event, you see how many leads came, how many converted, and what ROI it had.
Tip: Create an Event for every major activity — conference, expo, presentation, group meeting. After 3 months you'll have concrete data on which activities are worth it.
Phase 4: Going forward
Renewal after the first year
After 12 months, the PRO plan renews at €49.90/year. We contact you before expiration to confirm renewal. The physical NFC card stays yours — no new card is sent on renewal. Only the online service (profile, dashboard, lead capture, analytics, updates) requires an active subscription.
